What other services do you offer apart from weight loss management?
At A&S Vitality, we offer primary care services like management of chronic diseases, STD testing and treatment, PREP, minor acute illnesses, weight loss management with a nutritional guide, substance use disorder, and physicals.
What forms of Payment do you take?
We accept self-pay, Medicare, Medicaid, and we will be adding other insurance periodically.
What states are you licensed in?
Arizona, Florida, Delaware, New Mexico, Texas, Vermont and Washington. We are working on more licenses.
What do I qualify for Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Compounded Semiglutide and Tirzepatide?
Compounded Semiglutide and Tirzepatide, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are all PRESCRIPTION medications, you have to meet the health criteria before we can prescribe them for you. We require labs that are less than a year old and a completed PHQ 9 during the visit. The main criterias include;
- BMI of 30 or more.
- BMI of 27 or more with one of the following conditions (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes).
- Diabetes
If I have labs from my PCP or somewhere else will you take them?
Yes, we will take it provided it is less than a year old with no new symptoms.
What Pharmacy are you using for compounding?
We are currently sending prescriptions to Hope’s Compounding in Katy Texas, and Gold Star Pharmacy, in Bryant Texas. We are working out a plan with a pharmacy in Plano that ships to about 39 other states.
How many pounds will I lose on the injections?
Everyone’s body is different so there are no set numbers, however, adding a clean diet and some exercise will maximize the results. We also keep track of how much you are losing and make changes when necessary.
Can I pick up my medications from the pharmacy or are they strictly virtual?
Yes, you can pick it up and it can also be shipped. All the pharmacies we work with have physical locations.
How much should I expect to pay?
Self-pay can pay anywhere from $200 to 298 for Compounded Semiglutide (for consultation plus the medication). Tirzepatide is more expensive and the price list will be provided on request. Those with insurance can pay as little as $25 for the non Compounded medication if their insurance covers it and they meet the criteria to be on the medication consultation feed are based on the visit type (New or returned patient).
